Feline HerpesvirusFeline Herpesvirus (FHV-1) is a prevalent illness in cats, characterized by symptoms such as sneezing, nasal and eye inflammation, corneal ulcers, and fever. Studies show that nearly 97% of cats carry this virus. After initial exposure, the virus remains in the animal and stays dormant in nerve tissue near the brain.
