This specially formulated food for growing large dogs is fortified with essential joint nutrients, assisting in the management of joint issues as they age. The inclusion of vitamins and minerals, along with a healthy amount of salmon oil, supports the overall health and immunity of an aging dog. Chondroprotectives, such as chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine, contribute to the nourishment of cartilage and help slow down its deterioration.
Vitamins and chelated minerals (organic forms of minerals that are easily absorbed) ensure the proper functioning of the body, help prevent illnesses, and bolster the immune system. Salmon oil serves as a rich source of unsaturated omega-3 (EPA, DHA) fatty acids that are vital for maintaining skin and coat health, enhancing their quality, and providing anti-inflammatory benefits.
