API® QUICK START nitrifying bacteria enables the immediate introduction of fish, as it promptly initiates the natural aquarium cycle with beneficial bacteria that transform harmful ammonia into nitrite, and then into safe nitrate, aiding in the prevention of fish loss in your tank.

This product is ideal for use when establishing a new aquarium, following water changes and filter replacements, as well as when introducing new fish to an established tank.

API QUICK START nitrifying bacteria is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.

For optimal results, add 10 ml. for every 10 gallons of aquarium water.
