Aquael Quartz Sand 0.1 - 0.3 mm[Weight - 10kg]

The quartz sand from Aquael is a remarkably fine and lightweight, white substrate designed for aquariums. It provides stunning contrasts with vibrant shrimps. Additionally, it is perfect for crafting paths and walkways within an aquascape. This natural substrate is free from any artificial additives or coatings, ensuring it remains water-neutral and does not leach any harmful substances. Furthermore, the quartz sand is suitable for use in soft water tanks as it does not alter the water hardness.

The quartz sand comes in two distinct grain sizes. For smaller aquascapes, the 0.1 to 0.3 mm grain size is ideal. For larger aquascapes, we suggest opting for the 0.4 to 1.2 mm grain. Both grain sizes are offered in 2 kg or 10 kg bags.
