Marine Buffer 50g

Marine Buffer is designed to safely elevate marine pH levels to 8.3. Even if an accidental overdose occurs, it will not raise the pH beyond 8.3. This product is a unique blend and is not merely sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate, which are often marketed as alternatives. KEY FEATURES:

DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 5g (1 level teaspoon) for every 80L (20 US gallons) in at least one cup of freshwater. This dosage will also increase alkalinity by around 1 meq/L. Continue to add daily until the pH stabilizes at 8.3, which may take anywhere from one day to a week, depending on the initial pH and alkalinity levels. After stabilization, use biweekly or monthly to maintain a pH of 8.3.
