These tabs are designed to provide nourishment throughout their entirety, allowing your fish to start feeding immediately upon being placed in the tank. There's no waiting for surrounding material to break down to reveal the food. Instructions For optimal feeding, add one tab for every four inches (10 cm) of fish length for species like Livebearers, Tetras, or Barbs. For heavier feeders or larger fish such as Dwarf Cichlids, Goldfish, and Rainbowfish, use one tab for every three inches (7 cm) of length. It’s advisable to perform a water change after your return.
