Intended use: Kyro-Quick Stain is a quick stain designed for blood differential counts and general cytology applications.
How to use: You will require 3 Coplin jars, each containing a different solution.• Immerse the dried smear in the Fixative solution 4-5 times, then rinse with gentle running water.• Dip the slide into Solution I, then rinse with water.• Dip the slide into Solution 2, then rinse with water.• Let the slide dry before observing under a microscope.
Ensure to securely close the lids on Coplin jars to avoid evaporation between uses. Replace solutions if staining quality declines, as contamination may have occurred.
Storage: Keep below 25° C and away from direct sunlight.
