Dermotic Ear & Skin suspension is designed to address otitis externa and skin infections resulting from fungi, yeasts, and both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
Key ingredients: 3mg/ml Miconazole Nitrate, 5mg/ml Prednisolone Acetate, 0.696mg/ml Polymixin B. Sulfate
Available sizes: Liquid suspension in 20ml and 40ml bottles equipped with a flexible tip.
Use indications: This solution is intended for treating otitis externa and skin infections caused by fungi, yeasts, and bacteria in horses, dogs, and cats. Please note, Dermotic Ear & Skin suspension is ineffective against ear mites.
Recommended dosage: For otitis externa: Administer three to five drops into the ear twice per day. Gently massage the ear afterward.
For skin infections: Trim any hair around the lesions. Apply the solution to the affected area and massage in. Once clinical signs have fully resolved, continue the treatment uninterrupted for several additional days. In more stubborn cases, a treatment duration of two to three weeks may be required.
Storage instructions: Keep in a location below 25ºC (preferably air-conditioned).
