Feeding Instructions: Mix 1/3 cup of Mealworm Chow with 3 cups of Mealworm Keeper or other mealworm bedding. Repeat this process weekly. This should serve as the primary food source for mealworms, crickets, and most other feeder insects. The insects can thrive on this diet until they are ready to be fed to your pet.
