Gently reduce the pH levels of your pond water to create a more acidic environment with API® POND pH DOWN pH adjuster. This product gradually neutralizes alkaline compounds that lead to elevated pH, which can hinder aquatic plants from taking in essential nutrients.

POND pH DOWN pH adjuster is safe for both pond fish and aquatic vegetation, and it does not contain any phosphates that promote algae growth.

• First, measure the pH level of your pond water using an API POND WIDE RANGE pH TEST KIT.
• Utilize the dosing cap provided on the bottle.
• Add 5 ml of pH DOWN pH adjuster for every 50 gallons of pond water.
• Allow 24 hours to pass, then recheck the pH level.
• If needed, repeat the treatment.
