User-Friendly Design

The filter's components and smart design ensure that cleaning is infrequent. A built-in hose shut-off valve facilitates easy usage and upkeep. When necessary, the valve can be fully closed, eliminating the need to refill the filter during maintenance tasks. The filter also features a patented self-priming system; just two to four pushes on the plunger, and the filter will fill with water effortlessly.

With a remarkable water flow rate of up to 264-370 US gal/h (1000-1400 L/h) and a spacious filter volume of 2.9-4.2 US gal (11-16 L), along with high-quality filtering media, this system ensures highly effective water filtration. It creates optimal conditions for nurturing both plants and aquatic life. The filter is compatible with any type of cartridge (biological, mechanical, or chemical), and its adjustable capacity allows for easy modification of the flow rate to suit your aquarium's needs.

The advanced, energy-saving ULTRA FILTER motor guarantees a consistent water flow through the filter media while minimizing energy usage. Its power consumption ranges from just 12.9 to 14.8 watts. The filter operates with exceptional quietness, thanks to a ceramic impeller axis equipped with vibration dampers and a unique pump design, making it nearly silent. This means it can be placed in any setting, including an office or bedroom.

To select the appropriate ULTRA filter model for your aquarium, please refer to the following guidelines based on the tank's capacity:

1. ULTRA 1000: Suitable for aquariums up to 53 US gallons (200 liters).
2. ULTRA 1500: Ideal for aquariums ranging from 42 to 79 US gallons (160 to 300 liters).
3. ULTRA 2000: Designed for aquariums between 69 and 159 US gallons (260 to 600 liters).

Each ULTRA filter model comes with the following number of filter media trays, each holding 0.5 US gallons (1.9 liters):

• ULTRA 1000: 3 filter media trays
• ULTRA 1500: 4 filter media trays
• ULTRA 2000: 5 filter media trays
