• Cortefin is an anti-inflammatory containing phenylbutazone.

Dosing and Administration of Cortefin

• Dosing in horses: 30 ml on the first day; 20 ml on the second day, then 10 ml daily for 4-6 days.
• Dosing in dogs: 1 ml for every 5 kg of body weight daily for 5 days.
• Administered via deep intramuscular injection or intravenously.
