Filter media
Different filter cartridges serve various purposes:
Bio-cartridges with removable filter pads provide optimal conditions for the essential purification bacteria.
3D-active carbon cartridges effectively eliminate unwanted toxins and are especially useful after medical treatments or during the initial setup of the aquarium.
- Each filter pack includes at least one large biofilter cartridge with a volume of 240 cm3. Depending on the model, you may also receive two or three extra cartridges.
- An additional after-sales product includes the 3D-active carbon cartridge.
- There are also small bio-cartridges available for diverse applications.
