Indications for use: Kyro-Quick Stain is a rapid stain used for blood differential counts and for general cytology.
Application: You will need 3 Coplin jars with each solution in a separate jar.• Dip the dried smear into the Fixative solution 4-5 times, then rinse with soft running water.• Dip slide in Solution I, then rinse with water.• Dip slide in Solution 2, then rinse with water.• Allow to dry before examining under microscope.
Close lids on Coplin jars to prevent evaporation between use. Replace solutions when poor staining starts to occur as contamination has probably taken place.
Storage: Store below 25° C away from direct sunlight.
