Product description
NOVORMON 5000 (PMSG – SYNEX) NOVORMON 5000 is a veterinary product containing highly purified pregnant mare’s serum gonadotropin (PMSG, also known as equine chorionic gonadotrophin, eCG). It is presented as a freeze‑dried powder and is intended for use in various species including bovines, ovines, caprines, porcines, rabbits, and laboratory animals. The product is designed to support controlled reproductive management by promoting follicular development, synchronization of estrus, induction of ovulation, and superovulation, as well as serving as a complement in the treatment of anestrus in selected species.

Key Benefits

Stimulates follicular development through dual FSH/LH‑like activity
Supports synchronization of estrus across multiple species
Induces ovulation and superovulation in both pubertal and pre‑pubertal animals
Complements treatment of anestrus in bovines, ovines, and caprines
Facilitates reproductive protocols such as fixed‑time artificial insemination and embryo transfer

Composition

Highly purified equine chorionic gonadotrophin (PMSG/eCG), 5,000 IU per vial (freeze‑dried powder)
Excipients to make up to 1 mL once reconstituted (resulting in approximately 200 IU/mL)
