Orchid Tree Leaves 25/pk

Product details Orchid tree leaves are sourced from the tropical Bauhinia tree, showcasing their unique round shape and intricate vein patterns. These decorative leaves are carefully dried and remain completely unprocessed, making them a pure natural choice for enhancing water care and aesthetics in aquariums. What makes Orchid Tree Leaves so special? These delicate leaves transform any aquarium into a small tropical paradise. Their natural beauty not only serves as an attractive backdrop but also positively impacts the well-being of the aquatic inhabitants. As they gradually sink, they release beneficial natural compounds like humic acids and tannins over several weeks. This process fosters a gentle, slightly acidic water environment that mimics the natural habitats of numerous ornamental fish species. The outcome is reduced stress, increased vitality, and a thriving biotope that encourages observation and appreciation. Additionally, the leaves are quickly populated by helpful microorganisms, aiding in the biological balance of the tank. Shrimps and snails find the leaves to be a perfect retreat, grazing on the fine biofilms and enjoying the leaf structures themselves. Therefore, Orchid Tree Leaves act as a natural "source of raw food," providing both activity and nutrition. They also create ideal conditions for young fish to hide and grow, representing a small natural marvel with significant benefits. With their soft hues and distinctive leaf structure, Orchid Tree Leaves introduce stylish, natural accents to the aquarium. They seamlessly integrate into aquascapes, enhancing the biotope character in a truly authentic manner. The delicate leaves can also be utilized to craft captivating landscapes in paludaria and terraria, perfect for showcasing natural habitats in a creative and species-appropriate way. As this is a natural product, variations in color, size, and shape may occur. When stored in a dry environment, the leaves have an indefinite shelf life. Application: Simply place the Orchid Tree Leaves directly into the aquarium. They will sink to the bottom after a short period. For a 50-litre tank, we suggest using 3–5 leaves, depending on the desired effect. They can be replaced with new ones after approximately 3–4 weeks. Product advantages at a glance:
