Product description
Marine salt for R/O and tap water

Thanks to its exceptional uniformity and consistent grain size, sera marin salt dissolves swiftly and leaves no residues, resulting in crystal clear marine water. It helps maintain natural GH and KH levels, and is rich in calcium and magnesium in biologically suitable proportions.

The pH level is reliably kept within the ideal range due to the natural buffering system present in sera marin salt. Through a unique process, this salt ensures that trace elements remain dissolved and accessible for an extended period.

sera marin salt is free from any substances that may artificially enhance protein skimmer performance. It contains no nitrates, silicates, or phosphates.

Sera (sea salt free from nitrates, phosphates, and silicates) is rich in calcium and all necessary trace elements essential for the successful cultivation of ornamental algae and lower resins in marine environments. It features a blend of special substances that assist in removing harmful elements like heavy metals and copper. It dissolves quickly without leaving deposits. With a natural buffering system, it guarantees a stable pH value.

Instructions for use: Dissolve Sera marin salt (approximately 33 g per liter of water) to achieve a water density of 1.022 to 1.024 g/ml in a container with treated water (osmosis) or non-chlorinated tap water, aerate for 24 hours or thoroughly mix with a submersible pump to incorporate oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Warning: Do not dissolve sea salt directly in an active aquarium!

We suggest replacing 5-10% of the aquarium water monthly, also treating the water with sera aquatan and sera bio reef clear for improved water quality.

When establishing a new aquarium, treat the water with Sera aquatan and Sera bio reef clear, and allow the aquarium with all connected equipment (pumps, heaters, filter...) to run for at least 14 days to achieve biological stability before introducing fish.
